By joining WHOLEHEARTED MINISTRY, a Private Ministerial Association hereinafter  “Association”, and/or any website or Social Media Group started by, created by, maintained,  or organized by the Association, I agree to the terms and conditions of WHOLEHEARTED  MINISTRY, as the outreach of the Church as above Agreement as follows.  

1. This Association of Members declares that our objective is to allow the Private  Ministerial Association founders and all Private Ministerial Association members  with a platform in which to conduct all manner of private affairs of The Creator and  man with the Association and with other Associations and Association members,  keeping all affairs of The Creator and Man in the private domain, as well as the realm  of the Church and utilizing the protections guaranteed by the Universal Declaration  of Human Rights (UDHR) and, the Constitution as created in 1777 by The United  States of America, and special attention to the peoples bill of rights as recognized,  when it became known and acknowledged along with all other previously known  rites and rights and guaranteed as to Nature and Nature’s God, as perpetual to  conduct any and all private affairs of The Creator and Man, as well as all business in  private and to provide a platform for members to conduct the affairs of The Creator and Man as well as any and all business in the private domain under all protections  acknowledged and guaranteed by the Constitution of the United States of America,  and any previous protections guaranteed. Once a right of the people is discovered  and acknowledged it cannot ever be undiscovered. (I.E. Magna carta, charters of  liberty, recognized rites and rights of Man and mankind. The Articles of  Confederation November 15, 1777.) 

2. We believe that the Holy Texts of Nature and Nature’s God are absolutely supreme  to all things known and yet to be discovered, and our sacred conscious as well as  the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR), the Constitution of the United  States of America, the various constitutions of the several states of the union, and  the Charter of Rights of Canada guarantees our members the rights of absolute  freedom of religion, free speech, petition, assembly, and the right to gather together for the lawful purpose of helping one another in asserting our rights protected by  those Constitutions, Charter and Statutes, in addition to the rights to be free from  unreasonable search and seizure, the right to not incriminate ourselves, and the  right to freely exercise all other unalienable rights as granted by our Creator, and  guaranteed by those Constitutions, Charter, and Statutes, known and  acknowledged and all yet to be discovered. 

WE HEREBY Declare that we are exercising our right of “freedom of association” as  well as our “Freedom of Assembly” as guaranteed by the Universal Declaration of  Human Rights (UDHR), the Constitution of the United States of America and  equivalent provisions of the various State Constitutions, as well as the Charter of  Rights of Canada. This means that our Association activities are restricted to the  private domain only and outside of the jurisdiction of government entities, agencies,  officers, agents, contractors, and other representatives as provided by law.  

It has been known, taught, recognized, and guaranteed that only two (2) domains  exist from time in memorial. One (1) being Public Domain which is the Public Trust  of assets, property laws, and the like. With public trust officers in the three (3)  branches of government. 

The other one (1) is equal or superior to the first (1st). It’s the Private Domain of the  people outside of public trust(s), and public law(s). The Private Domain of the people  has its authority in the Sovereignty of the people. Its make up can be simple or  complex as the people involved desire it to be and formal or informal. A system of  leadership, or lack of such leadership. 

This was once taught in America’s public school systems until 1964 in large part in  civics class. Before the government began to remove The Creator from its teachings  and it began to teach the religion of government by government for government  which is perverted on its face value and is a self-evident truth. Nothing has changed; however, the people have been mistreated and abused for a lack of knowledge. The  Creator says in His holy texts His people suffer for a lack of knowledge and He has  called us and set us apart to bring the knowledge to the people and our government  servants whom work for us we the masters, We THE PEOPLE. 

3. We declare the basic right of all of our members to decide for themselves which  Association members could be expected to give wise counsel and advice concerning all matters including, but not limited to physical, spiritual, financial and  the mental care and assistance, law, and any other matter and to accept from those  members any and all counsel, advice, and tips, whom we feel are able to properly  advise and assist us. Each man or woman to self-govern ourselves as commanded  by The Creator by His law(s), including all responsibilities, accountabilities, duties,  and the outcome and the consequences rather good or bad and the acceptance of  such based on our decisions, acts, conduct, and our behavior, with aTempting to  place blame wrongly upon another man or woman. We, individually, as a man or  woman accept all liability upon ourselves unless we have strict proof of claims  against another man or woman within this private ministerial association and then  to take the matter/issue to the Trustees to be handled and settled. We acknowledge  that this is fully in house, and no other man, or woman or court, or tribunal or action  can be taken. The Trustees are the beginning and the end of all disputes. 

4. We expect the freedom to choose and perform for ourselves the types of therapies  and treatments that we think best for diagnosing, treating and preventing illness  and disease and for achieving and maintaining optimum wellness, as well as the  freedom to choose for ourselves any types of assistance which may be made  regarding all types of law(s) and any other private acts, conduct and behaviors in the  private affairs of The Creator and man as well as any private business decisions,  consultations and the like, without limitations. 

5. The mission of this Association is to provide members with a forum to conduct the  private affairs of The Creator and Man as well as any Private business as we define  it; between members in the private domain with the protections guaranteed within  the aforesaid Constitution and Charter remaining fully intact, and absolutely all the  law(s) of Nature and Nature’s God, as we define it and discern it. 

6. The Association will recognize any man or woman, person(s), natural or otherwise  (irrespective of race, color, or religion) who have joined this Association or any social  media group organized, created, or managed by this Association and is in agreement  with these principles and policies as a member of this Association, providing said  person has not been sanctioned, exercised, or otherwise banned by the association,  and will provide a medium through which its individual members may associate for  actuating and bringing to fruition the purposes heretofore declared, except any of  the named men and women and likewise who the Trustees deem to be unhealthy for this Association based on fitness and the like, never based upon any decimators  or unlawful intents. 

7. Membership to this Association, "WHOLEHEARTED MINISTRY", and any of its  groups may be terminated by the association Trustees or their designee, at any time,  should they conclude that a specific member is interacting with them or any other  members in a way that is contrary or detrimental to the focus, principles, and  betterment of this Association.  

8. I understand that, since The Association is protected by the First (1st) and  Fourteenth (14th) Amendments to the Constitution of the United States of America,  it is outside the jurisdiction and authority of Federal and State Agencies and  Authorities concerning any and all complaints or grievances against The Association  members or other staff men and women, as well as persons. All rights of complaints  or grievances will be settled by an Association designee, committee, or tribunal and  will be waived by the member for the benefit of The Association and its members.  By agreeing to this membership form I agree that I have sought sufficient education  to determine that this is the course of action I want to take for myself. The Trustees  always have the final rites and rights to make any adjudication as it is the absolute  duty of the Trustees to preserve the Association and provide for it as they deem fit,  and proper following the guidance of Nature and Nature’s God. 

9. I agree to join WHOLEHEARTED MINISTRY, a Private Ministerial Association  under common law, whose members seek to help each other achieve improved  spiritual health, better well being, and good quality of life.  

a. I am voluntarily changing my capacity from that of a public man or woman to  that of a private member. My activities within The Association are a private  contractual matter fully in the private domain that I refuse to share with the  Local, State, or Federal investigative or enforcement agencies, their agents,  contractors, subcontractors, or others whom have become a police agent de  facto. I fully agree not to pursue any course of legal action against a fellow  member of The Association, unless that member has exposed me to an immediate clear and present danger of substantial evil, and upon the  recommendation and approval of The Association by Trustees, unless life and  limb are at peril and the reasonable man theory is present - meaning the  common man would see it as you do – and then The Association as above  must be immediately notified and I assume all responsibility for such.

10. I enter into this agreement of my own free will without any pressure or coercion. I  affirm that I do not represent any Local, State or Federal agencies, or its agents or  contractors or subcontractors whose purpose is to regulate and approve products  or services, or to carry out any mission of enforcement, entrapment or investigation. I understand that if I do such after declaring I am not as above, I will assume all  liability both civil and criminal in my personal, private, and official capacity and I here understand and fully agree to this without any immunity being claimed now, or ever. I have read and understood this document, and my questions have been answered  fully to my satisfaction. I understand that I can withdraw from this agreement and  terminate my membership in this Association at any time, and that my membership  can and will be revoked if I engage in abusive, violent, menacing, destructive or  harassing behavior towards any other member of The Association. These pages  consist of the entire agreement for my membership in The Association.  

11. Special understanding: I understand and agree that I fully and absolutely  comprehend that this is a private membership association, not under any public law,  or public trust or the like or similar, the bylaws of the association are the laws we  follow. Nothing within this association is rebuttable or is changeable nor open to  the public in any shape, form or fashion. I further understand this is not judicially reviewable and no court in the public has any jurisdiction, authority, or scope, nor  standing in the private domain. 

12. I hereby agree that I will not ever attempt to, or actually take any action to any law  enforcement officer, nor any court either an inferior court or a superior court, or  court of law and record or any hearing officer, or judge acting as a hearing officer, nor any government, its offices, departments, agencies, commissions, or the like or  similar, and I further agree that I will not cooperate with any public agency or quasi public agency, or anyone outside of this association, unless the trustees put such in  writing, and specifically what I may say or do. 

13. I finally agree that any such attempts to do so, or actually take actions, conduct and  behavior outside of this contract will absolutely bring damages, and harm to the  association and its members and any cost to recoup any loss of time, energy, money  or anything of value including any legal advice sought and any necessary court  action I will bare all the costs and any fines, forfeitures and the like, or similar.
